Shipping Policy - We attempt to ship your order within 24hrs of being placed unless the product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipping the following business day. Standard U.S. orders are billed a fixed shipping charge of $6.50 per order and will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (based on size and weight). Larger items such as mattresses and mattress topper pads are charged a higher shipping charge that is based on size and destination. Airborne Express Overnight and Guaranteed Second Day shipping are available on most smaller items(pillows/cushions), simply specify the shipping method you prefer in the special instructions section during check-out. International Customers: We do ship our products internationally. Pricing depends on weight and destination. Please e-mail us a list of the products you are interested in and your address for shipment options and pricing.
When ordering one of our Memory Foam Mattresses you have the option of having it shipped as one complete piece via a freight company or shipped separately (3" pad and 5" Base) via UPS GROUND. UPS will not ship a mattress as one complete piece due to its size. Once you receive a mattress via UPS it can easily be put together in the zippered cover to make one piece.
Payment Terms - We Accept checks, credit cards, money orders and purchase orders (with prior credit approval - the first order will be shipped C.O.D.). For credit card verification we need to have the address where the credit card bills are sent (if different than the shipping address) and the name as it appears on the credit card. All prices are in U.S. currency. Orders paid by Money Order are shipped as soon as possible. Check orders will be shipped when payment is received. Please Mail Checks/Money Orders to:
Order a free Catalog - You may order a free catalog by filling out the catalog request form or simply e-mailing us your request.
Sales Tax - ONLY California State Residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax. We will not charge sales tax to residents outside of California.

Our Guarantee - We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from our store (starting from the invoice date and excludes custom sized, special clearance sale priced or discounted items). Simply return the item in the original packaging in new condition (for hygienic reasons, we ask that pillows be unopened) for a refund of the product price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. No questions asked! When returning an item, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and credit card receipt (Please write complete CC number and exp date.) along with a short signed note of what you would like us to do. Custom sized orders can not be returned or canceled. Any applicable product warranty problem, repair or replacement is handled directly through the manufacturer of the product. If an order is refused for delivery or an order is canceled after it has already been shipped, two shipping fees will be deducted prior to refunding since we are billed shipping both ways from the shipping company.
Insurance Reimbursement - Find out if you can be reimbursed by your health insurance for purchasing products from our store.
Gift Orders - You may have a product shipped to a friend or family member as a gift. When Checking-out, please specify Order by Credit Card online (separate billing and shipping addresses). Be sure to include the name exactly as it appears on the credit card, the address where the credit card bills are sent and the phone number of the owner of the credit card.
